Our extra small Mini Bolster ECO is lightweight, handy and versatile. Thanks to its small size, the mini bolster is very suitable as a neck pillow, as a cushion for the knees during meditation or as an aid for various yoga exercises.
 
You can also use the small yoga cushion as a seat cushion when meditating. The Mini Bolster has a cover made of 100% robust and durable organic cotton. You can remove the cover and machine wash it at 30°C. The liner is filled with buckwheat husks, which you can remove or refill as needed.
