Our beautiful Yoga for Pregnancy classes are designed to allow you to move your bodies whilst keeping you strong and supple.
But they also offer so much more - they give you the opportunity to connect your mind, body and breath with your baby. Yoga really is magic.

A safe space to talk openly about any fears and anxieties you may have about pregnancy, labour, birth and beyond.
You can join us from your first scan, so around 12/13 weeks and it's suitable for complete beginners and experienced yogis.
All yoga postures are safe for pregnancy and we always give modifications so you can adjust your practice to how you feel that week.
We always end with a beautiful, calming, guided relaxation to aid sleep and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Classes are booked in 4 week blocks for £48. You can trial a class for £12 before committing to the block.
