Our fully inclusive 3 day retreat exclusively for women will leave you feeling rested and restored. It will be held in the breathtakingly beautiful Peak District.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

It is an all inclusive weekend. Meaning the only thing you pay for is your travel to and from the retreat venue.

PRICE

Prices start from £620 per person shared to £740 per person single occupancy.

£100 deposit is required to secure your space.

The balance can either be paid in full upfront or you can opt for our monthly direct debit scheme to help you spread the cost ( 2.5% fee applies to direct debit)

There are 10 incredible bedrooms, all with en-suites.

ITINERARY

This is YOUR retreat. Meaning you can do as much or as little as you like. All classes are optional, all meals are optional. If you want to lay in bed until 11am and then spend the afternoon walking in the countryside then you are more than welcome to!

Saturday

8:00am – Sunrise Yoga Flow

9:00am - Breakfast

10:30am – Mindfulness Workshop & Mandala flow

12:30 lunch

4:30pm - Nourishing Flow

6: 30pm - Dinner

8:00pm - Yoga Nidra

8:30pm - Women’s circle with Sarah

8:00am Morning energising vinyasa

9:00am Breakfast

10:30am - Myofascial release workshop

11:30am - Mindful walk

12:30pm - Lunch

Free time

2:30pm Meditation & Closing circle

Option to stay Sunday Night for free although no food will be provided.
