Meet Dani…..

Founder, Yoga Teacher & Movement Therapist

Hi, I'm Dani and I'm the face behind YogaBellies Worcestershire Wellness.

I'm a mum of two, a yoga teacher and movement therapist, with a lifelong fascination for the human body, movement and the incredible ways we can support our own wellbeing.

My journey into working with the body actually began long before I discovered yoga.

I started my career as a Soft Tissue Therapist, working with a wide range of clients, including professional footballers and athletes. It was a fast-paced and rewarding career that gave me a wonderful understanding of the body, movement and the importance of looking after ourselves.

But becoming a mum brought a whole new perspective to my life.

I first discovered YogaBellies when my daughter was just eight weeks old. I went along to a class looking for something that would help me reconnect with myself and my body after having a baby, and I found so much more than I expected.

I found a welcoming community, a little breathing space in the whirlwind of motherhood and a practice that helped me feel more connected to myself.

I loved it from the very first session.

A few months later, I was approached about bringing YogaBellies to Worcestershire, and what began as a personal journey soon became something I wanted to share with others.

And I haven't looked back.

Over the years, my own journey with yoga, movement and wellbeing has continued to evolve, and so has my business.

What started with supporting women through pregnancy, motherhood and beyond has grown into a much wider offering, welcoming men and women of different ages, abilities and experiences.

Today, I love combining my background in soft tissue therapy with yoga, mindful movement and a holistic approach to wellbeing, helping people feel stronger, more comfortable and more connected to their bodies.

But for me, it's about so much more than the physical practice.

It's about creating a space where people feel welcome, supported and able to be themselves. Somewhere you don't need to be flexible, experienced or have everything figured out before you walk through the door.

I still believe deeply in the power of community, connection and people supporting one another.

Because sometimes, the most valuable thing we can give ourselves is the space to pause, move, breathe and simply be.

I'm so glad you're here, and I hope to welcome you to a class, workshop, retreat or wellbeing session soon.

With love,

Dani x
