Yoga Classes for

Mum & Baby

These classes are a perfect blend of yoga for you and yoga stretches with rhymes and songs for your baby! We focus on building strength and stamina safely, with adaptations to suit your body. Showing you how to adapt your yoga practice with a baby. Guiding you through the haze of exhaustion, as we practice breathing techniques and relaxation to help depleted energy levels.

Knowing all too well babies have minds of their own, our classes are super chilled and we adapt them based on how the little ones are reacting each week. So don't panic if you think your baby might cry - they all do at some point!

Feeding, changing, crying, and burping are all welcome, so if you're a new mum looking for a class to try, we promise you'll love this one!

Expect lots of giggles, yoga asana (postures) to ease you back into exercise, an introduction to baby yoga, postures for you both to do together, oh, and a wonderful twinkly fairy light and candlelit relaxation to end with.

Basically 1hr of loveliness

It's a beautiful way to bond and have fun with your baby, and meet other mums.

More about our

Mum & Baby Yoga Classes

A beautiful way to bond and have fun with your baby, and meet other mums.

Classes are booked in 6 week blocks for £69.

You are welcome to trial this class for £11.50 before committing to the block.

Suitable for any level, even if you've never tried yoga before.

We recommend waiting at least 6 weeks after you have given birth (8-10 weeks following an abdominal birth).

As always, the most important thing is to listen to your body – if you are in any pain or discomfort, it’s worth waiting a few weeks.  Let me know of any holidays when booking, and I'll happily skip these for you.

You can continue to come along right up until your baby is on the move, at which point we can offer you an alternative class.
