Our women’s yoga classes are created to help you achieve this!

Luna Women’s Yoga

In this yoga class, the focus is not on perfecting yogic postures but on experiencing energy flow and moving the body to where it feels good.

​We also work with the cycles of the moon and spend time setting intentions for each lunar month.​​  The focus is to honour ourselves, be kind, and take the time to relax and release (imagine yoga meets spa!)

This practice offers calming, firm but slower-paced ‘internal’ poses that are appropriate for women throughout their monthly cycle. It was created exclusively for women, focusing on hormonal and spiritual balance.​

Each session has a different focus, and the asanas (postures) are chosen specifically for regulating hormones and providing relief from PMS and menopausal symptoms.

Women’s Flow Yoga

This energising morning yoga flow class allows you to start your day right.

In this class, the focus is on increasing mobility and building strength through dynamic movement. But it is not what the posture looks like, but more how it makes you feel!

This women’s yoga class offers strengthening, firm, and dynamic postures suitable for women of all abilities to help build strength from the inside out. 

Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced yogi, these classes are inclusive and welcoming. I have no doubt you will ADORE this class!

If you’d like to ease in, you’re very welcome to start with a trial session and see how the class feels for you.

Option 1 - Memberships

We now also offer monthly yoga memberships, which many women find the most supportive and best value option.

Memberships give you a regular space each week without needing to keep rebooking, along with priority access and additional extras such as guided meditations and selected events depending on your level. They’re designed to make showing up for yourself easier and remove the stop-start feeling of blocks.
