  • A) We recommend you wait until you have had your first scan around 12/13 weeks.

  • A) No, our pregnancy yoga classes are slow and gentle, very easy to follow, and can be adapted depending on how you are feeling.

  • A) Yes, if your pregnancy is free from health complications, and you join a yoga class designed specifically for pregnancy.

    If you are experiencing complications with your pregnancy, we advise you to talk about joining a yoga class with your midwife or Doctor first.

  • A) A yoga mat, water bottle, and any props you use, like blocks, belts, or yoga socks.

    But don’t worry if you're just starting, we provide mats and props.
