Q) When should you start pregnancy yoga?

A) We recommend you wait until you have had your first scan around 12/13 weeks.

Q) How many weeks pregnant can you do yoga?

A) From your first scan right up until your baby is born.

Q) I've never done yoga before, does that matter?

A) No, our pregnancy yoga classes are slow and gentle, very easy to follow, and can be adapted depending on how you are feeling.

Q) Is it safe to do yoga while pregnant?

A) Yes, if your pregnancy is free from health complications, and you join a yoga class designed specifically for pregnancy.

If you are experiencing complications with your pregnancy, we advise you to talk about joining a yoga class with your midwife or Doctor first.

Q) What do I need to bring to prenatal yoga?

A) A yoga mat, water bottle, and any props you use, like blocks, belts, or yoga socks.

But don’t worry if you're just starting, we provide mats and props.
