"She rises" and "She rises again" have been born out of passion for supporting women and helping them navigate their lives in a direction that align and are meaningful for them in different chapters of their lives.
Being able to create an offering that includes a physical and a mental component was at the forefront of Andrea and Dani’s minds when the idea of these events were born.
The idea of Part 1 (She Rises) and Part 2 (She Rises, Again) creates two intentional touchpoints in a woman’s life—postpartum and midlife/perimenopause—each designed to support the specific needs of those different stages.
After having a baby, and around midlife, many women experience a profound shift in identity. While becoming a mother is deeply meaningful, it can also feel unsettling to suddenly be known primarily as “mum to…” rather than as yourself. In midlife many women find themselves "stuck" and wanting more. The idea of "She rises" was to create a series of workshops that is calm and a supportive space to gently explore that tension — between who you were, who you are now, and who you are becoming.
Andrea will be supporting the women from a mindset perspective as my experienced as a psychologist allows her to do this and is something she enjoys.
Dani has always believed that movement is magic and will be supporting the women to move mindfully through accessible yoga helping them to reconnect with their bodies.
Andrea will lead guided reflection, journaling, and shared conversation, where participants reconnect with their sense of self and core values, gaining clarity and reassurance that these feelings are both common and valid. With warmth, encouragement, and moments of lightness, the session aims to help women leave feeling more grounded, realigned, and connected — both to themselves and to others who feel the same.
Dani will lead Reconnect with the Body, a slow, accessible yoga practice suited to every life stage that focuses on breath, grounding and body awareness with themes of self-compassion and acceptance; through restorative poses, gentle stretches and movements designed to support womens bodies through differetn life stages—gentle stretches, core stability and breath work—participants are invited to notice where they feel tension and where they feel strength, releasing stress while celebrating vitality, increasing flexibility, energy and balance so they leave feeling embodied, energised and connected to their body’s wisdom

Motherhood can be beautiful and disorientating all at once. She Rises is a calm, supportive workshop for mums who want to reconnect with who they are beyond “mum to…”. Expect gentle yoga, journaling, real conversation, and the reminder that you’re not alone — and that you still matter.
Becoming a mum can be beautiful — and disorientating. After having a baby, many women feel they’ve lost touch with who they are beyond “mum to…”. In this calm, supportive 2.5 hour workshop, we’ll gently explore identity after baby and create space to reconnect with you. Through yoga and gentle movement, guided journaling, open conversation, and shared moments with women who feel the same, you’ll realign with your values, feel less alone, and leave feeling grounded, inspired, and more like yourself again

This 3.5hr workshop offers a calm, supportive space for women to explore identity shifts, rediscover passions, and realign with their values during life transitions. It blends reflection, movement, connection, and gentle exploration to help women step into their next chapter with clarity, courage, and confidence.
Through grounding practices and intention setting, we’ll move into yoga designed to restore energy, balance, and connection to your body. Guided reflection and journaling will support you in reconnecting with your values, passions, and sense of purpose, helping you gently realign with what truly matters to you now.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You don’t need to be “fixed.”
You simply need space to listen to yourself again.
