But so often, women spend years ignoring their bodies, fighting them, or rushing through life without ever truly listening.

The Love Your Body Mini Retreat Series is your invitation to change that — gently, compassionately, and joyfully.

Across three beautifully curated mini retreats, you’ll explore movement, myofascial release, breathwork, journaling, and deep rest — all designed to help you reconnect with yourself, feel more comfortable in your body, and rediscover the magic of moving in a way that feels good.

This series is for every woman who wants to slow down, soften, and feel more like herself again.

No experience needed.

All bodies, abilities and energy levels welcome.

🌿 What to Expect in Each Retreat

Each 2.5-hour session follows a soothing, empowering flow:

✨ 1. Grounding & Intention Setting

Arrive, exhale, settle into the space. Let your mind and body catch up with each other.

✨ 2. Myofascial Release + Mobility Work

Gentle, accessible techniques to reduce tension, improve mobility, and help your body feel lighter and freer.

✨ 3. Yoga for Strength, Softness + Connection

A flow designed for real women’s bodies — supportive, nurturing, and empowering. No pressure. No pushing. Just movement that feels good.

✨ 4. Breathwork for Calm + Clarity

Learn simple breathing tools to regulate your nervous system and support your emotional wellbeing.

✨ 5. Guided Journaling

Prompts to help you reflect, reconnect, and listen to what your body + mind truly need.

✨ 6. Yoga Nidra or Deep Rest

A beautiful, dreamy relaxation to soothe your whole body from the inside out.

Love Your Body: Release

Let go of physical and emotional tension stored in the body.

Expect grounding, myofascial release, gentle flow and journaling around letting go.

Love Your Body: Restore

A soft reset for your mind, hormones, nervous system + self-worth.

Restoring balance, energy and inner calm.

🔹 Structure:

  • Grounding body scan

  • Joint mobility (spine, hips, shoulders)

  • Yin + restorative yoga

  • Breathwork for regulation

  • Myofascial release for neglected areas (feet, backline)

  • Journaling: “What does my body need from me right now?”

 Step into strength, confidence, and embodied empowerment.

  • You’re welcome to join one, two, or all three — whatever feels right for you.

    Each retreat is a stand-alone experience, but together they create a powerful journey of release, strength and rest. Many women choose to attend the full series, but there’s no pressure.

  • Not at all. These retreats are designed for real women’s bodies — beginners, returners, and seasoned yogis alike. Everything is accessible, adaptable and led with compassion.

  • Just yourself, comfy clothes, a water bottle, and anything that helps you feel cosy (a favourite jumper, socks or blanket). Yoga mats and props are provided.

  • Each retreat includes grounding, myofascial release, mobility, yoga, breathwork, journaling, and deep rest — plus nourishing snacks and a supportive women’s circle.

  • Yes! Flexibility is not a requirement.

    Everything is offered with variations so you can move in a way that feels good for your body. This is about connection, not contortion.

  • These retreats are not specifically pregnancy-friendly.

    If you’re pregnant, I highly recommend joining my dedicated pregnancy yoga classes instead for safe, tailored support.

  • Nope — I’ve got you!

    Each retreat includes nutritious, seasonal snacks and herbal tea to nourish you inside and out.

  • Anything comfortable that allows you to move and relax — leggings, a soft tee, layers you can take on and off. Think cosy, not fancy.

  • There will be optional opportunities to talk or share in circle — but absolutely no pressure. You can participate in whatever way feels good for you.

  • You’re not alone — many women feel this way at first.

    I hold the space gently so everyone feels welcome, supported and seen. Most women leave feeling like they’ve made new friends.

  • There is parking on. the road and also King Street Car park a 2 minute walk from the venue.

  • Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person if you can no longer attend. This is because spaces are limited and the retreat has associated costs.

  • A journal and pen are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

  • Each session lasts 2.5 hours — long enough to unwind deeply, but short enough to fit into busy lives.

  • Yes — members of the Mat & Magic Club and Retreat Collective receive access to selected events included in their membership (depending on tier). You can still book individually if you don’t have a membership.
