As a yoga teacher and mum, I see every day how much we all crave more connection… but don’t always know how to create it.
One day I realised that although I was spending lots of time with my daughter, we weren’t always truly connecting.
Life felt busy.
We were rushing between school, work, clubs and endless to-do lists.
I wanted simple ways to slow down, be present and create meaningful moments together.
So I started creating activities that helped us move together, breathe together and talk together.
Together We Bloom grew from those moments.
Today, it combines yoga, mindfulness and connection activities designed to help mums and children create calm, meaningful moments together in just 10 minutes a day.
Created by a yoga teacher and mum who has supported hundreds of women and families through yoga, wellbeing and mindful connection.
